Kevin C. Ferguson also known as Mrgr8day is a native of Chicago IL,  who grew up in unique circumstances. With a mother diagnosed with Schizophrenia and a father not around, Kevin was raised in a single parent home by his grandmother. As a ward of the court, Kevin was labeled as a troubled child that would probably head down the wrong path.  During his motivational speeches Kevin explaines how positivity and a mindshits can catapult one to their highest potential. He shares what struggles he over came and how he used his struggles as strength to overcome his circumstance. 
Kevin's life story gave him a unique perspective while growing up which allows him to connect with people from multiple walks of life striving to reach their highest potential.  He believes that no matter who you are  how or what your struggle,  his isight on reshaping mindsets and  inner self talk  will reshape outcomes.
Shifting his mindset; By the age of 16 that troubled child had started his own business. By  17 Kevin found himself graduating from High School 9th in his class of 756. He went on to attended Loyola University Chicago on a scholarship; where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in biology with a pre-med concentration and a minor in business. Investing in real estate at age 23, Kevin started his second business in property management. It was in that same year that Kevin started his career. It was here he developed a true appreciation for helping people in their achievements. He swiftly climbed the ranks eventually becoming a High ranking Execitive for  different organizations.  
Kevin's passion became most evident when  working with young people aspiring to avhieve their highest potential.  It was in educational leadership. where he discovered his ability to motivate and elevate a versatile group of people. His ability to see different perspectives allows him to fine tune  the mindsets of top decision makers, all the way to the young person simply looking for a way to make it. 
Kevin believes that we all have greatness within,  and the key to unleashing that greatness is how you decide to view your circumstances. He believes that if you decide to see that its always something to learn, someway to grow, and that your struggles and circumstances are all meant bring you to your greatness. It is then you will realizre that "its always a  gr8day".
